Q: How do I enter?
A: Purchase at least $15 worth of any Chobani product between 4/1/21 and 5/31/21. Be sure to keep your receipt. Then, before 5/31/21 visit https://www.chobanirewards.com/ and follow the directions to upload an image of your receipt to the Website.
Q: What is the time frame for uploading my receipt from date of purchase?
A: The product purchase date and timestamp must be within 4/1/21 - 5/31/21 of receipt upload for the purchases to be considered eligible.
Q: What products are eligible?
A: Any of your favorite Chobani products are eligible for this promotion.
Q: Will a credit card receipt be accepted as a purchase receipt?
A: Sorry, unfortunately we cannot accept a credit card receipt as it will not have enough detail to verify that the reward requirements have been met.
Q: I received an email that said my receipt was rejected. What should I do?
A: Follow the instructions within your emails to either make a new purchase or take a new photo of your receipt. Make sure that your receipt image is clear and shows the retailer, contains a valid product, purchase date and timestamp, the purchase price and receipt total, and has not already been previously accepted.
Q: How many times can I enter the sweepstakes?
A: Limit: You may receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for answering the Question during the Promotion Period.
There are four (4) ways to earn additional Sweepstakes entries:
a) Watch a Video: During the Promotion Period, after registering or logging into the Website, follow the links and instructions to watch the provided video. There will be three videos released at different times. For each video, you will receive one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes.
Limit: Each entrant may watch one (1) video per Phase 1, 3 and 4 to receive up to three (3) additional entries into the Sweepstakes via this method.
b) Answer the Poll Question: During the Promotion Period, after registering or logging into the Website, follow the links and instructions to answer the provided poll question. There will be one (1) poll question released for Phase 2. You will receive one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes.
Limit: Each entrant may answer one (1) poll question per Phase 2 to receive one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes via this method.
c) Share and Complete Referral on Facebook and Twitter:
a. Facebook: During the Promotion Period, after registering or logging into the Website, follow the links and instructions to share a message about the Sweepstakes on your Facebook wall. The post will contain a unique link to the Sweepstakes. If a friend subsequently enters the Sweepstakes through the unique link, you will receive one (1) additional Sweepstakes entry.
b. Twitter: During the Promotion Period, after registering or logging into the Website, follow the links and instructions to share to share a message about the Sweepstakes on Twitter. The post will contain a unique link to the Sweepstakes. If a friend subsequently enters the Sweepstakes through the unique link, you will receive one (1) additional Sweepstakes entry.
Limit: Each entrant may receive up to five (5) additional entries into the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period via Facebook and Twitter methods.

Q: Is there a limit to the number of rewards that I can earn?
A: You may earn up to one (1) reward total.
Q: For Fraud Prevention, what is the review process?
A: Our security team reviews all suspicious receipts. Any fraudulent submissions or use of fictitious names, multiple addresses, or PO Boxes to obtain additional rewards or rebates will be disqualified and may violate federal or state laws.
Q: How will I know if I'm a sweepstakes winner?
A: The drawings will be held on or around June 7, 2021. The winner will be notified via email from the contact information provided upon registration. Once the winners are confirmed and prizes are fulfilled, an official win list will be posted. A direct link to this list can be found in the Official Rules.
Q: I got a message that I've already entered today, but I haven't. What should I do?
A: Make sure you are visiting https://www.chobanirewards.com/ directly rather than a bookmarked page in your browser. Also, please try to clear cookies and cache on your internet browser.
Q: I think I'm having technical issues. What should I do?
A: Sometimes it's a simple thing like updating your browser. Check to be sure that you have a modern version of Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari. Also, you may want to check your browser preferences section to be sure JavaScript is enabled. Clearing your cache and cookies also helps in this instance.
Q: I have recently moved or updated my email address. Can I change my registration information for this promotion?
A: We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to the number of entries we receive in each promotion, we are unable to change registration information. If you do win a prize during the promotional period and your contact information does change, contact customercare@helloworldfulfillment.com and provide your updated information.
